Julia Gooch
Julia Gooch is a certified healthcare compliance consultant with over 25 years in the healthcare industry. She has opened two assistant living facilities, served as administrator for a nursing home, served as a state LTC surveyor for the State of Alabama and has held positions as a Quality Assurance Director for several entities. She has overseen the quality of care for over 1,000 patients at one time through her various endeavors. Her experience, connections and passion for hospice patients make her a leader in the palliative care movement.
Debbie Wright
Debbie Wright has served the Shoals area as a nurse for over a decade providing quality care either as a registered nurse in the hospital or providing palliative care in the home. Her past experience as Director of Nursing in a hospice setting furthered her reputation as a leader, manager and advocate for terminally ill patients. Her energy and knowledge of the hospice industry led her to become a Certified Hospice Palliative Nurse, one of the few in the Shoals area.
Leigh Moody
Leigh Moody brings her nursing experience and compassion to the experienced team at Bluewater. Her commitment to quality healthcare leads her to work with hospice patients. She served as Clinical Director for a previous company where she oversaw the daily activities of over 30 employees. Her enthusiasm and caring nature set her apart as a manager and her willingness to go the extra mile has left an impression on the local hospice community.
Kevin Mitchell
Kevin Mitchell has served the hospice community for the past 3 years as a marketing representative. His personal and professional relationships have afforded Bluewater the opportunity to have their names associated with the best and brightest in the palliative field. He brings an unprecedented insight of the Shoals healthcare community that has ensured a solid foundation for Bluewater to continue to build on.
